IMPORTANT NOTES

- IT

Email the accomplished form to itoffice@teresarizal.com or mis.teresarizal@gmail.com, subject line "CONTENT REQUEST".

Do not forget to attach the files that you are requesting to be posted. And make sure all are named properly.

If the files are too big and cannot be attached via email, you can use a Google Drive link, or transfer the files through flash drive or any other external storage and hand it over to the available IT personnel

All requests will be reviewed first before they are posted.

When sending a Content Request please mind that adding multiple high resolution images to the website will impact it's loading speed at a certain point. If the Content Request include multiple pictures from an event or activity, it's best if it is uploaded first on the Municipality of Teresa Rizal Official Facebook Account.

IT Office will periodically check the Teresa Rizal Facebook contents. The Facebook posts will be embedded to the website. So if it is already posted on Facebook then there is no need to send a Content Request since it will be also included on the website, with a slight delay.

If the Content Request includes videos, it's also best to upload it first on Facebook or YouTube, to be embedded later to the website. Instead of directly uploading the file to the website, which might cause performance issues  later on.
